Gail7 I sleep like a rock. Wear a CPAP but sleep just fine. I'm fatigued so often I fall asleep even at work. (Don't tell anyone.) I had a small glass of soda tonight so I'm up later than normal. Too much caffeine. Normally I just drink water. Love water. I feel for you, no fun to not sleep. Bless you!
Thank you for the hugs, those mean a lot to me. Funny thought - when I'm on the computer and my husband comes to talk to me he always hugs my head, I lean toward him and hug his butt. I could pinch it but decided it's better to skip that. He and I laugh a lot but a pinch could possibley be a little too much - LOL! (But I think about it each time.)
Caryn hello, Merry Christmas, and a Happy Blessed New Year.
Yes, laughing is great, it gives you confidence, relaxation and hope. I work in an office for the radio station we have in town. I'm also on the air two Saturday morning per month. People come to pick up their purchases and see me. They or I talk and we laugh, it's great because we need a lot of laughter in our lives. I love seeing the people come in and miss those who didn't come in. They make my day! I have special friends too, we make dates to go to lunch. That's important too.
Me, and the wife are the same. It's all good. It's a healthy habit to make each other laugh.
