Thanks for this info Cliff. I am dealing with this and having a mobility issue interferes with being able to exercise which impacts my heart. All is connected despite the AI response. Since you have heart disease, let's focus on treatments and lifestyle changes that can help manage your heart condition rather than discussing arthritis. Here are some proven ways to manage heart disease symptoms without medication or surgery:

Key lifestyle modifications that can help:
• Choosing a heart-healthy diet rich in whole grains, fruits, and vegetables
• Limiting salt, saturated fats, alcohol, and added sugars
• Managing stress levels and getting quality sleep
• Quitting smoking if applicable
• Maintaining regular physical activity within your doctor's recommended limits
• Working to achieve/maintain a healthy weight For natural pain management approaches, some MyHeartDiseaseTeam members have found relief through:
• Staying well hydrated
• Proper magnesium intake (with doctor approval)
• Strategic rest periods

Remember to always consult with your healthcare team before starting any new treatment approach, even natural ones, as they need to be coordinated with your existing heart disease management plan.
