How does coffee consumption affect heart health in women?

For those with heart disease, it's important to discuss caffeine intake with your healthcare provider. Caffeine can cause dehydration and heart palpitations, which may worsen certain heart conditions. Your doctor can help determine safe levels of coffee, tea, and other caffeinated beverages for your specific situation. Making dietary changes takes time, but small adjustments focused on heart health can lead to meaningful improvements in your quality of life. Work with your healthcare team to develop a personalized plan that takes into account your specific heart condition and symptoms.
