Every day I will add or tweak something currently added in my daily health routine if it has benefit to keeping my heart in top shape. I don't mind watching over multiple health issues but if there are specific ways each can be taken care of all at once (diet, exercise, hydration, sleep time, etc.) I will follow through by doing that task on a daily basis
