I think the Aorta is a strong and versital valve. My first cardiologist was an overtesting fool and treatment hesitant. After thorough testing my only problem was the Afib my Fit bit discovered. He wanted to do more tests but I told him we know I have Afib. Treat that and look further if necessary. At my third scheduled appointment with him I explained my problem with blood in urine. He showed no interest in this except to propose a cardiac catheterization and more testing. I asked how this could help my Afib or bleeding and declined. He then offered that I had an enlarged Aorta. Sounded ominous. He either made this up or saw it in tests several months earlier but never mentioned it at the time. Either way I declined and discharged him. I already had first meetings scheduled with 2 alternative cardiologists.

I called my college roommate, a cardiologist in Texas for more info. He said he could have told me this from 1400 miles away without an exam because I was a competitive athlete for over 10 years. It is expected and not a problem.

Stay on top of this issue but be sure. Sound like you have it well in hand.

Gotta Love the science of it all. I do have an Aorta Abdominal Aneurysm measuring 3.2CM. My Vascular doctor isn't concerned at this time or since 2017 as it was first diagnosed at 2.6 CM. I asked him the causes. It happens a lot in males, white, Caucasian, over the age of 60, who have high cholesterol and who smoked cigarettes. He stated once it hits 5 to 5.5CM then surgical intervention will be needed as the possibility of dissection increases.

The AI response seems to negate the article which I find interesting and shows the limits of AI since this is a new concept unknown, obviously, to the programmer. Somehow this article is reminding me of worms and their systems. Just IMHO.
