Great article but they need to do a large clinical trial and collaborate among many countries to get a better picture on this. Also, it has been proven that the air we breathe and the water we drink and the fluoride we ingest, and the foods we eat are also harming our health. Soils from farming without proper rotation of different plants grown are no longer providing the nutrients we thought we were getting from the food.

I remember reading about this issue in the early '80's. We formally lived on the land we farmed and naturally returned nutrients. In the 20th century we factory farmed using chemical fertilizer and possibly lost touch with nutrients that we farmed out of the soil.
