Depression and the “why me?” Question are common. Seeking therapy or joining support groups can be of great assistance

I believe that when you are diagnosed with hart problems you should be handed a card with psychologist or therapist, they can help you deal with it.So your mind doesn't play!

I think the importance of family support is something that isn’t spoken about enough. Without my wife (who sat at my bedside during a 90 day hospitalization) I honestly don’t know if I would have survived CHF for 25 years. She does a great job researching meds, drs, hospitals, advances in heart care. She’s very much in tune to any symptoms I experience even before me. As annoying as it can be she watches what I eat like a hawk. God bless this woman!!

What a twisting long road it is, very often scary and frustrating. But if you take it one day at a time and let common sense prevail you get through it. Life never came with a owners manual
Happy thanksgiving all and remember to be grateful for another day ❤️
