Do you have a pacemaker? That could help. I have a dual-pacemaker (for both chambers).

There are 4 stages and 4 classes of Heart Failure. Here is an article that you can read so you understand where you are. The most important thing is to watch that salt, take the meds on time, and get exercise because it will help. So, keep doing your chores, housework, and yard work but take it slower and do only what you can. You are still doing pretty well so if you keep it up and watch your weight, your salt, and your blood pressure you should be well for a while. Ok Thanks for the info. I feel it when I do household chores and yard work. My doctor said I am stage 2. How many stages are there?

Thanks! Keep me posted. In stage 2 you should only feel breathless when you exercise as your heart will have trouble dealing with the extra demands your body is making on your heart during exercise. Lifestyle changes are a must to prolong feeling well.
