This was interesting as an initial study, however do look at who were the participants, age group, etc. It will be interesting to see more inclusive, specific studies in the future. Right now it's a well published fad.

WendiPerrinDeMicco, I agree. I never understood the "ice plunge" fad. Shock your body a heart HALF TO DEATH? In theory what would the result be if you did two plunges back to back?
