Barb6, when I’m overdoing I get very thirsty. When that happens I know the next thing I’ll notice might be shaking, weakness and dehydration. Everyone’s clues may not be the same but they’re there! In time you’ll recognize your own symptoms.

I have notice when I over do things, like to much house work, to much walking ( long distance), even too much eating, the next day i feel un energized and just want to rest and watch tv or read. Listen to your body. Take Care.

Listen to your body. If it’s telling you to rest, rest.
