I know this sounds bizarre. I thought I had constant allergies. Then I started coughing every time I’d blow my nose. I started to think it wasn’t allergy. So I stopped use tissues. Crazy idea. But allergy to TISSUES IS A THING!! No more allergies! I use old fashion handkerchiefs when nose is drippy.
( unless I’m in a store!) then I use cheap paper napkins! Voila!
Good luck all you drippers and sneezers out there!!

Well I use generic Claritin and Flonase. Saline rinses. Wash my hands alot and change clothes after coming in from outside. Breathe steam in to clear sinuses. I have been to an allergist and had tests done and do not have an immune response to the known allergens in my area. It's hard to believe but I still treat it as such. Tree pollens like to kill me and ragweed and mold is no picnic either. San Antonio Texas is like living at the bottom of a big bowl. Everything settles in and rarely do we get any relief.

I had this very severe years ago and what cured me was taking vitamin C 1000mg take 4, 4 times a day. I did this for about a little over a year and never had this allergy again. Vitamin C is not toxic.

Wash hands frequently.
Keep outerwear on porches/mud rooms when possible
Wear a mask outdoors and dispose of it before going outside
Ask your doctor about using an antihistamine
