My 2 cents......There are a number of vitamins that help maintain a healthy heart. Check the WebMD site for Supplements for Heart Health. I have read that the majority of aortic valve stenosis cases in those 65+ are caused by calcium buildup over time and usually are not preventable. The Cleveland Clinic advises that you should continue a healthy lifestyle, including managing your diet, maintaining a healthy weight and exercising regularly to limit other cardiovascular diseases.
