Ejection Fraction.
A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member asked a question 💭

Any ideas on how to raise your EF? I was doing okay but then had a traumatic experience and got depressed. I couldn't eat much or exercise and my EF went down to 33. I'm still suffering from depression and although I am seeing someone about it I don't get any better. I'm just now beginning to do cardio workouts on YouTube. It's been about three months since he depression hit. Any ideas besides diet and exercise that might help increase my EF?

My EF is 35. I have started on new meds which are supposed to help, I started PT. My fatigue has been pretty bad. But I am doing all that I can...I do need to walk more but I have been a little off balance.

I'd say the cardio workout and heart healthy foods consistently. Research cayenne pepper intake.
