Andrew, you are welcome. I suffer with arrhythmias so unfortuanly, I know the drill. Do the best you can and that is really all you can do. Hugs🤗

Andrew, as with any form of Arrhythmia, some changes will include: Eating a heart-healthy diet, low in salt and with lots of fruits and veggies, avoiding caffeinated beverages, alcohol, stress, and anxiety as much as possible. You also want to make sure you are sleeping well and if necessary get a sleep study. Exercise as much as you can because believe it or not it helps. Make sure to talk to your doctor about exercise, there may be some exercises that you should avoid, like weight lifting or lifting above your head..The doctor can advise you on the best kind of exercise. Hugs🤗
