Con’t… when I walk or stand. I have had knee X-ray, no arthritis; ultrasound, no blood clot or Baker’s cyst. According to my records I do have vascular calcification. Might this be causing problems of knee pain and feeling of fluid running down lower leg when standing or walking?
D3 with Vit K2 might help absorb Cacium to your bone.

According to my vascular doctor yes. PAD. Peripheral Artery Disease. I just had an ultrasound a few weeks ago for this very issue. He said I have some small blockages in my upper legs causing my lower legs not to get the oxygen or nutrients they need. My lower legs hurt when I walk or stand for over just a few minutes. He prescribed Cilostazol to open the veins more. I already take Plavix and low dose aspirin. I'm scared of the side effects, so haven't taken any. Anybody out there take it? And does it cause any bad side effects? I'm allergic to many meds and very sensitive to many.
Please help me and Judith Nelson if you have any information. Thanks. 💞
