I felt so tired and sleepy. We tried another beta blocker and l finally ended up on atenolol which is a great beta. I take 25mg in morning and 50 at Night, plus Ranexa, Losartin, Spironolactone and warfarin

I have had low blood pressure, bouts of bradycardia, and on and off dizziness and am on Metoprolol for past 2 years, so far Dr is keeping me on it, I was switched from twice a day to one a day extended release but no notable difference so far
