Try to get real information from the doctor-like beats per minute rather than “nuts”. Empower yourself with the information you need to be your best advocate.

“Atrial Fibrillation is an “Atrial” arrythmia. The upper right and left atrium normally prefill the lower chambers, the right and left ventricles respectively. In AF, the atrium are not contracting in a normal fashion.

In AF, the atrium are quivering. Not filling and emptying in a normal fashion.

A PVC is a Premature “Ventricular" Contraction.

The atrial “kick” or normal preloading of the lower ventricles is not present in AF or when there are PVC(s).

A PVC starts in the ventricles, and is most often a wider complex, as it does not start or conduct through the normal electrical pathways. Atrium to Ventricles. It starts in the ventricle.”

It’s what Drs look for to see your irregular heart beat . I have long QT so my PVC may look a bit different.
