I am getting a new valve placed in a couple of weeks. I am so excited to finally get this done. As far as what you can do is reduce stress and over activity. For me stress plays a big part in visual problems.

I also want to add it may not be your eyes but a lack of blood supply yo your brains from your heart causing dizziness and vision problems.
