Pam, eventually you might need to add an antiarrhythmic drug to your arsenal but that is fine too. Good luck and keep me posted on how things are going. Hugs🤗

The short answer is yes. I am 70 and I plan on taking my meds for the rest of my life. I can't have surgery for AFIB because of my Anatomy. If you don't want surgery I don't see any reason why you can't stay on the medication. Talk to your doctor about it all. Hugs🤗
