The short answer is exercise. Exercise will help you have more energy. I know that sounds counterintuitive but it works. That said, you need to make sure you can do exercise and see what kind the doctor says is best. You can start by trying some walking and if you can't do that there are chair exercises that you can do. Lots of Video on YouTube but ask the doctor first what they recommend.
Doctor would be best to relieve issue....amazing what they can do now...prayers don't procrastinate π
Iβm so sorry that you feel terrible all the time!π I also have AFib but I got a biventricular defibrillator and pacemaker and now the exhaustion comes and goes! My EF is up from 35 to 60% ! Itβs probably your EF numbers that are making you feel so rotten! Mine is an Abbott! Talk to your Cardiologist about it! Good Luck and keep it pumping!β€οΈ
I have the same issue Iβm in the heart failure clinic
