Yoga, cycling, strength training, stretching. Do chair exercises if you can't stand for any length of time. You can do them all in a chair and you can use an exercise bike for cycling. Start slow, get the doctor's blessing, and have fun. As to diet just eat a heart-healthy diet. Like the Mediterranean or Dash diet. Hope this helps. Hugs🤗
