I go to bed so tired then my brain starts working overtime. I take deep breaths and try to turn off. Sometimes it works. Also having a hot chocolate drink helps.

There are at least 5 different types of magnesium supplements. Magnesium oxide is the worst as it is not well absorbed by the body. Make sure you check which magnesium will work best for you.

Two things that I hate is worrying about tomorrow and not being able to sleep at night. And believe me worrying does not help any situation but I trust in God and pray that everything works out.
