Hello all saw the Dr,he is happy,all's well and in place,did half my concor/bisipoporal if blood pressure lows persist,to stop blood pressure meds for 3 to 4 day's , Dr's quite sure Our record breaking heat Wave in South Africa, plus Mountainous air pressure is the major Culprits.

reubenels, I am glad you have a doctor's appointment on Friday. I hope the doctor can adjust your medication or give you some advice on how to control things. Try not to overdo it in the heat. Maybe you should have a snack before exercise to help control your sugar better. Keep us posted on what the doctor says. Hugs🤗

Hi had a chat with my Dr,he firstly suggested a cold shower ,afterwards my fig are 115,80,79 pulse our heat wave is the culprit. my pre arrangement app is on Fri 1,12,23
