I had a 20 year old Edwards bovine valve replaced last year with a TVAR. Dr Makkar performed the surgery at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Beverly Hills, CA, I was within 5 days of the aortic valve rupturing. Lucky to be alive. Spent one night in the hospital. Was born with a bicuspid aortic . Thanks to Edwards Life Science I am here today. Good Luck. Hug the ones who truly love you!!
