I hate to be cold... Do not like the heat either. Why I love Spring and Fall.😀

I do not get out much in the summer other than going to the doctor appointments but I dont get that cold during the winter though because I have had neck surgery and a rod in my back that is the only time in the winter that I hurt. But other than that I can pretty much walk outside and take a walk. I have to keep going because the doctors told me to exercise and there is a small gym in the apartment complex where I can walk on the treadmill or ride on the bike. I hope all is well with you all!
