I am getting a LOT of PVCs lately. They come and go in groups and are very unnerving. Do you know how to get them to stop?

Try Magnesium, Magnesium calms the electrical system and helps slow the heart rate. It works for me and keeps the PVCs and other ectopic beats in check ( I like you had tons of them but this works for me). I take Magnesium Glycinate. However, Magnesium Taurate might be a better choice for you. The link below has some advice on the brands that are best. Check with your doctor first to be sure that they are on board with you taking this supplement and that it won't interfere with any other medications you might take. Once you start taking it give it a couple of weeks to work but you should notice a slowing down of the frequency of the PVCs. https://products.bestreviews.com/best-magnesium...?

@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member and @A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member Magnesium does not lower the heart rate. "In the heart, magnesium plays a key role in modulating neuronal excitation, intracardiac conduction, and myocardial contraction by regulating a number of ion transporters, including potassium and calcium channels." It helps keep it in regular rhythm. I have been taking it for years and I too am in Bradycardia. My EP doctor says it can't hurt and it has reduced the amount of PAC and other ectopic beats to near 0. That is because I must be low in magnesium. I too am taking a small dose of beta-blocker now to stop the SVTs and my heart rate is normally in the 50s and at night can go as low as the 40s. There is no problem with your heart slowing down like this according to my doctor as long as I am not having any symptoms like fainting. I don't think there is any harm in trying a supplement or adding more foods with magnesium to your diet as long as you have good kidney function and your doctor agrees. Do some research it might really help, Hugs 🤗

Thanks Caryn but I'm Bradycardic...my heart rate does not need to be lowered any more. I'm sure my doctor would have said if he thought I needed it. They keep a check on my magnesium, potassium and sodium levels.

With me, they come and go
One hour I have a lot, others I don't

One thing that helps me is to stay on target with the meds, walk a lot or stay active, taking a magnesium gummy, no caffeine or alcohol (gave that up years ago), try to relax, stay hydrated

Doesn't always work so I'm not sure it helps or not

Maybe that can help you?
