I just can't seem to eat healthy. I know exactly what I should be eating and how much but it's like I don't even care. I survived a heart attack wouldn't you think that I would want to prevent another one if I could. It feels like I don't even care because I'll eat whatever I want to and it's not good. Electrical miss fire. I feel all the symptoms especially at night.
I have a bunch of heart ailments (failed 3x bypass, CHF, Rhythm issues, etc, etc) and now I find myself with some complex diet restrictions like in the title.
Does anyone know of a good online diet resource or app that can help me out with this? I'm using Cronometer right now and it works good but there is no real diet information for my circumstance.

Phyllis - I eventually did that and just a had a consult with a dietician a few days ago. She gave me some nutrient targets and food suggestions. Seems I wasn't that far off after all!
I've been keeping my sodium level at 1500mg/day or less. Just wondering how that compares to other people that have heart failure.
