Only my family, my physicians, my massage and PT therapist because they require to know, and a few close friends, I do not advertise, a lot of people are in worst shape than I am. Enjoy the time we still have.

When I was in nursing school (a long time ago) the teachers had us go to different ER's and really look at people and try to figure out just by looking what was wrong with them. When I became a nurse I did the same thing and eventually found patterns of body changes and peoples actions, after a short while I could pick out their problems easily before I knew the diagnosis. I bet if you really observe yourself in the mirror, you can also pick out others who have heart disease as well. For instance I see the Grey palor in my face that people just think is my normal complexion. I recognize it in others .
