I had a pacemaker put in 5 weeks ago because of low heart rate. I also had palpitations a lot. Should I still feel the palpitations?

Yes, PVCs and PACs occurr in all persons. Pacemaker lead insertion irritates the heart. If you have several a minute see a doctor.
