That is is tuff question but at same time the other person should know a little something about you in case you are out on a date ,anything should happen at least he can tell EMS how to treat you or you wear a medical bracelet. Something you have to think bout as you get back out there and to protect yourself

I don't think it's necessary on the first date to disclose this information unless you want to. It shouldn't make a difference either way to the person you are dating. If it does, you are probably with the wrong person. If you continue to date then it is something that should be brought up eventually, not right away necessarily. Good luck!!

Wow that’s a great question. That’s probably a personal preference depending on how things go? Like maybe 3rd or 4th date kinda stuff? Unless your date confesses something similar? Me personally I’d wait till things got moving a bit into really getting to know each other.
