I have to determine how I’m going to use my exercise time. Do I use it for household chores, some minor yard work or regular walking exercise. If I do all three, stick a fork in me I will be done and unable to fo do again for a few days. I typically only have one to two days per week where I have the stamina do anything. Extremely frustrating.

I go out to my day program 3 days a week and move around when I'm at my day program. Even though I go I still get tired and sleepy and when I get home I go right to sleep and sleep the tiredness off and I'm still tired but as time goes on I feel energetic again and I have back pain with being tired and so I rest until I feel better

As some said below, exercise helps much. I work out with light weights, use a mini trampoline and walk for cardio. I work full time, but I would love to take an afternoon nap. I need a siesta every day. 😴

Many have stated exercise . I also find this helps and definitely listen to your body start small a few mins a day then gradually add on. I have an exercise bike and started at 5 mins and am now up to 45. It's helping .

Do what you can do when you can do it. Don’t feel guilty if you have to rest. Sometimes that little rest revives you. Drink as much water. Dehydration makes you tired
