Background...I rec'd 3 stents 2 years ago after having chest pain and acting quick! I have gained a lot of weight in the last couple years between quitting smoking, new meds and menopause, and now I am concerned the weight is a new risk factor for me! My blood work looks great, cholesterol and BP are both controlled now. Anyway...since i am pre-diabetic and ihave been nsulin resistant, for years i asked my cardiologist if this may be a good drug for me b/c it prevents heart attack and stroke… read more

Wow...its my understanding that these Glp1A injections are very dangerous when it comes to losing weight and Type 2 diabetes. I have been using a plant based, where losing weight is a side effect. I have been using the protocol for going on 7 months and has lost 55 pounds, down from 287.5 to 230!! I'll take that side effect any day!!

I have been taking Ozempic for 11 months and lost 55 lbs. My A1C has gone down to 5.4. I experience occasional nausea, especially when I overdo activity, and have to monitor my bowels so I don't get too constipated. It has really helped me to get back to eating more healthily. I see my PC quarterly, my nephrologist every 6 months, and my cardiologist annually. I have been fatigued a lot. My shortness of breath has decreased quite a bit. Most of the downside has been that most of my clothes are too big now! I am really interested in how others have fared on semaglutide (sp?) as well. A big problem now is the shortage of the medicine.

Hello,

I take a system called The Feel Great System. This system has three steps to it.
One, an intermittent fast
Two, two plant based supplements
Three, eating your food the right way ie eat your leafy green vegetables and salads first, next eat your protein, and finally you carbohydrates ie rice bread potatoes, desserts.
The results are phenomenal....
I have dropped all my diabetes and cholesterol meds, I have improved my heart health, I have reduced my insulin intake AND I AM IN THE PROCESS OF PUTTING MY DIABETES 2 IN REMISSION!! DOING ALL THIS AND LOSING 55 POUNDS!! IVE BEEN ON THIS PRODUCT FOR ABOUT 7 MONTHS.
WANT TO KNOW MORE?? JUST TEXT ME AND I'LL ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS!!
TAKE CARE.

What is the plant based supplement that has helped with weight loss. I would really like something natural and not another med.
