I had an afib condition and was put on Eliquis as a blood thinner to help dissolve blood clots in my lungs. Take them twice a day for a little over a year now. Tying to see about getting off them, but blood pressure is somewhat controlled with them.. need to get consistently under 120/80 or lower. I’m taking far too many pills 💊.

I had my mitral valve replaced, i chose bovine so that i woudnt have to worry about blood tests or blood thinners. i have had a few episodes of chf, but because my lasik wasnt working well. i too was put on eliquis but it made me lethargic, i dont know of drugs to fix leaky valve, the eloquis protects your heart muscle is what my doc told me since my heart muscle is weak.
