Although my BP is under control, I want it to be better. I have tried Nitric Oxide, but this increased my BP. Anyone else try it? Are there any non-prescription alternatives with less side effects?
L-arginine is what I am taking. My doctor said it is of little to no value. What have you found out?
I have to watch the potassium because I already take Entresto that has potassium connected to it and so I have to watch everything that I eat. I cant eat potatoes or pumpkin and a lot of other things.

My usual bp in the morning runs from 115/63 to 138/74. It concerns me a bit but what really worries me is my bpm which can fluctuate from mid 40’s when I sleep to 121 when I wake up and go to the bathroom.
