I have the exact thing. lbbb and cardiomyopathy. With Ef 30. I take entresto and metoporal epleranone and they just added farxiga . It’s supposed to help with heart strength. I just got Biventricular defibrillator pacemaker 5 weeks ago. Hoping to resynchronize my heart chambers. And increase my EF. Basically non symptomatic. I walk or ride exercise bike 3 or more times a week. Keep the faith. Heart disease does a number on my mental health. I try to Stay positive and pray ALOTπŸ™πŸ™

Cardiomyopathy / LBB blockage / 17 EF

I'm on...Carvedilol 6.25mg / Clopidogrel 75mg / Lisinopril 2.5mg / Atorvastatin 20mg / Aspirin 81mg

I had all the classic side effects when first taken. With proper diet, water and strict exercise program they pretty much gone. Occasionally get muscle pain from Atorvastatin, but when I do I use a massager, warm and cool shower and up my walking.

I back off on any heavy meals and increase it with "liquid filled" ones, lots of salads, veggies and fruits.

That works wonders!

Aspirin EC 81mg
Atorvastatin 20mg
Carvedilol 6.25mg - 2x day
Clopidogrel 75 mg
Lisinopril 2.5 mg

Been on these for 3 years now, so far I tolerate them well, but I eat well (healthy), exercise and rest. It's a lifestyle now.
