My heart meds have been optimized, I will have another echocardiogram in 3 months to see where I’m at. My Ef was at 10 when I started this, two months later 20 went to Mayo for second opinion. From Mayo to know had a nurse coming out to my house and we did get my Ef up to 35, and they can’t do anything else for me. They wanted me on Spolacton (spelled wrong lol) I would get really bad dizzy spells, my Bp was really low, or would drop. My question is now what, keep doing what I’m doing… read more

Wow! You're doing great! Going from EF10 to EF35 is amazing! Keep up the good work! Don't stop, keep going. Keep asking questions, doing research. The heart field is growing and things are improving every day! If your doctor doesn't want to work with you, change doctors! You need a team who will support and guide you through your journey... keep going, never give up! ❤️
