Pray to God/Jesus and get a good cardiologist

I have done cardiac rehabilitation😃.This is good, and I recommend doing this.

I had one blocked artery 5 years ago,repaired and following my Cardiologist’s recommendations,which is lose weight(done,at a normal weight for my height now),exercise,eat healthy and don’t stress over things that are out of your control.
I did a full stresstest this past July,and it showed no abnormalities-I live a normal life and enjoy the occasional drink/steak/dessert,etc..

I would check to see if there is a local support group for cardiac patients. Having the support of others that are in the same boat can make a very big difference. You learn tips and tricks from each other. You learn that others in the group have had or are having a lot of the feelings you are experiencing. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Every one of us has been in ER or the Cath Lab and been scared. One day at a time. Yes, we pay attention to blood work and diet and do the best we can with that. Having a group of friends you can share with is a tremendous help.
