I was on Lexapro because it’s not harmful to be on for awhile & supposed to be easier to get off. I only took half a pill & it did the trick for me. How does Benzodizopine work in that respect?
I was on meds for awhile, but was able to get off. This summer I got COVID & had some symptoms after the fact, one being anxiety again. Although slowly symptoms are subsiding, but not gone. I really am not sure if it’s best to get back on meds again for that or wait & see if it resolves itself. Not sure if there’s any repercussions for getting on & off them.
They have me on benzodizapines and I learned when taken normally they are actually good for your heart. They ease anxiety and relax you heart and arteries so the oxygen rich blood flow can circulate throughout your body not including the benefits of lowering your blood pressre and pulse rate. I also learned there is a link between severe anxiety patients and heart attack so anxiety does affect our hearts.
Thanks for sharing. Do you have any side effects?
I have been taking Klonipin for 20 years on and off but now it is twice a day All Day!
