Hi All. Have read the magnesium article and am very worried with my heart condition as I suffer with kronic constipation. I'm taking boiled beetroot, dufalac powder, dried fruit and molkosan and still having problems. I follow a good diet, no sugar no wheat. I'm still very active, exercise wise for almost 7 days a week.
