I've had my aortic valve replaced with a tissue valve. I've had double by-pass surgery. I've had one surgical repair with placement of a stent. I've also had pacemaker placement surgery.

Hi All. Have read the magnesium article and am very worried with my heart condition as I suffer with kronic constipation. I'm taking boiled beetroot, dufalac powder, dried fruit and molkosan and still having problems. I follow a good diet, no sugar no wheat. I'm still very active, exercise wise for almost 7 days a week. Is it safe to continue with magnesium as it does good in other areas of the body. I have a nerve problem (CIAP) Seeing a Dr. today to have a full blood annalysis done.

It mostly happens on my left leg and the calf muscle goes really tight. I dont think I've been over doing it but have had a problem with my knee which has made me walk slightly differently.
