Go to a cardiologist and have them do some studies on your heart.
Like a ekg, stress test, echocardiogram etc. blood work.
U can hv AFib like me or something else.
Go to a Cardiologist cuz ur anxiety is only gonna get worse causing more chest pains.
Just go so u hv pc of mind.
N quit smoking. Go on Wellbutrin like I did. It was a life changer for me.
U can still smoke while ur taking it but after a week it makes the cigarettes taste like crap.
It makes u wanna stop n Wellbutrin is just an anti depressant.
These r the steps I would take. God bless❤️

Also, before I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea I would get dizzy and fall to the floor. Twice I fell and broke bones in my toes and and ankle walking around in the middle of the night. I remember getting a tilt table table test at a cardiologist and that was ruled out. You can get palpitations from being too anxious. I get anxiety from my CPAP machine. Some machines work better than others.

I had much the same symptoms however I'm working with one kidney. Seems it may be some accumulation of fluid in your lungs that's causing that not getting a breath problem at least that's what happened to me. Heart functioning kidney function go hand in hand. If your kidney doesn't get enough blood flow it won't function properly and expel the fluids as waste. They will accumulate in the lower extremities feet ankles you look like Barney rubble or Fred Flintstone take your pick . They're also accumulate in your lungs and around your heart. A diuretic will do the trick but be careful with them they're hard on the kidneys. It's my only remaining vice. I know the doctor probably sees the nicotine in my blood test but you know what, so be it. Bland foods excessive exercise fatigue and everything else that goes with this I'm not going to deprive myself of a cigarette every now and again. I'd say just develop the discipline to reduce it to two or three a day. Either way it'll save you a bunch of money they're so damn expensive now. Good luck you're in my prayers got questions there's no stupid ones except the ones not asked.

Hi, good morning to you. You say you have sleep apena. I have sleep apena also. Before i got diagnosis i had the same problem you are going throough. I was put on a Cpak with oxygen. I sleot much better. Then i got really sick with congestive heart failure and i had trouble breathing with the Cpak. Then while I was in ICU the pulmonologist put me on a Bipak with no oxygen. I slept very well at night. I do not feel tired when I get up in the morning. You have a great day today. Hugs
