I am 66 and I feel tired so much. I don't have much for going places. I sit by your side and give you some comfort and prayer. Listen to music. It puts some happy in me. If you take a walk walk around the block. But it be hard if feel lousy. God is very good.

Having something to look forward to certainly helps. That's my garden and flowers in the summer and inside blooming plants and baking in the winter, plus a couple days working with people in need of some support. When I can't drive anymore I will try to find something online or by phone, paid or volunteer. On days I just stay alone I find myself falling asleep all the time.
