I know I take blood pressure pills. But its never dropped my blood pressure that low....

Take your bp in both arms and document. Mine is extremely low in my left arm and right arm is extremely high. I'm taking 3 bp meds plus nitroglycerin patch. I have a blockage in my low arm.

that is too low !!! It's a wonder you haven't passed out !! Are you drinking ??? Sometimes if you are dehydrated it will lower your b/p...but even so.....that's way low !! You need to call your Dr !
