Your senses are very heightened. Just be careful getting up. I know l have been there and sometimes still. Just give yourself a break and rest when you need it. I deal with low sodium. I not into salt.

Yes, from sitting to standing I will get dizzy, I cut down on my liquids to smart water $$ and one gatorade zero, once every to days, and I still feel water weight gain from nowhere. Drs can't explain it and I get yelled at for bad diet. I eat salads, no bacon bits no bread, no croutons, just romaine and some dressing. yet weight gain nd dizzness with constant chest pain is the norm.
