Could it be the amount of blockage in your arteries? I’ve dealt with heart disease for 8 years. I know there were spots they were watching which eventually clogged up enough to need surgical intervention. Watch the fats in your diet and exercise when you can. It slows the process.

Eating a healthier diet. And cardio exercise will help along with medications. Heart transplant depends on age normally don't do it after a certain age. Not sure if hospitals have different guide lines or not. But I think 70 years old is the cutoff I think.
