no i haven't but never figured out if that is physical or mental

well since i had cardio appointment today i have to change thoughts on my answer , i guess i have been having palps but thought it was mental , fatigue don't really know because of all the meds i am on ,since i have copd yes breathing has been hard but a lot harder the last few months

Yes, I have had quite a few symptom free days, if symptom free means no chest pains and not losing my breath. I still shake, hands, neck and jaw....but I don't know if those are symptoms. My cardiac doctor said they are not, but I have had it since being in the hospital. Hope you are symptom free and enjoying this beautiful time of year. Stay safe.

In my case, I’m thinking that fluttering, palpitations, chest tightness, cough, fatigue Isn’t mental. It’s the new normal.
