Short of breath and chest pain
Make an appointment with your cardiologist as soon as you can. I still have shortness of breath if I do too much. I've had four bypasses and a new aortic valve. Just listen to your body because it will tell you when you're doing too much. I've survived three heart attacks, 9 heart caths and 7stents.
Now Iām fighting dizziness. Sold my home last month and trying to pack things in boxes. Leaning over too long caused dizziness and I fought hard not to fall and hit my head like I did on July 24. That night I fell coming from the kitchen with my walker, hit what I thought was the door and fell backwards, striking my head on the floor. Had to call my son at 10:30 pm to come pick me up. Had a huge goose egg which he put ice on it every 15 minutes then off 15 minutes. My son did this until 4 a.m. then went home. The hematoma is being absorbed by my body. This morning I landed on half packed boxes, breaking my fall. After a while I was able to get to a chair and pull myself up and get back in bed. Iām 82 and live alone but my son is almost done with my add on to his house and I will be so happy to be close to him. Tomorrow I see my cardiologist. Christian love to all. LoisCarol.
