Why Don't People Believe You Have Heart Disease Because You Look And Act Ok.?
A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member asked a question 💭

Anyone have someone close to you not believe you about your heart disease? Have a family member think I'm back to normal because I look good. My surgery was unsuccessful, surgeon doesn't want to do another surgery so soon , I'm only 3 months out of surgery. My surgeon doesn't understand Why I'm doing so well. But pleased I am. Had left side bypass carotid artery with an additional Stent , & still blocked. Now right side is blocked 69%. 🥺

People I know ask me how I'm doing and tell me I look good, I would reply "I wish I feel as good as I look" then they would laugh because they think I'm joking.
Feel good everyone😊
