Watch what you eat has major effect on how you feel..try and you'll see big difference

I had my aortic valve replaced almost a year ago. I still don't feel totally better. I have a lot of shortness of breath when I do minor chores or walk upstairs. I am very overweight so I think that accounts for a part of it but I am very tired. Need a nap almost everyday. That helps some.
