Hi Everyone! Here is what I know, personally, about blood pressure. Normal bloodpressure is what is Normal for you. Not everyone's Bloodpressure readings are exactly the same. My bloodpressure ran 120/80 all my life! Then at around 62 I noticed I would get headaches (very unusual) and sometimes I would get a little dizzy and sometimes I would feel weak with a lack of energy (very unusual). So I went to my doctor and expressed my concerns. He had been my doctor for years and took these latest changes seriously. He ran tests, I was told I had the "widow maker" a heart condition that is silent and deadly. I had heart surgery right away and it saved my life. Here's the deal, if your heart is experiencing "spikes" or "drops" that's not good at all! You must see your cardiologist right away so that you can be put on medication to regulate your bloodpressure. Spikes or Drops in your bloodpressure puts tremendous strain on your heart and the lack of proper treatment could be deadly. Don't sit around and wait until it gets better...it may be the last decision you make! And for anyone experiencing "spikes" or "drops" in bloodpressure due to your medication, please let your doctor know right away! Your doctor will work with your medication and run tests until he can find a way to help normalize your bloodpressure. You Should Not Live With Irregular Bloodpressure, it will Kill You.

My BP as been all over the place for years 210/180 was a example but not all the time average I would say is 170/110 which I can happily live with, I do take varies drugs to control but a new one my doctor put me one has done the trick spironolactone 25mg I take it along with all the other medication but BP is 113/73 which is probably a little to low for me .but I have now been diagnosed with a enlarged heart

Yes!
And it has been a struggle to find the right combination to get my blood pressure under control! At the moment I'm taking three different medications in the morning and one in the evening! They make me feel tired and sluggish 😒 but without them I would be in deep
