I have had heart attack, very different from my anxiety attack, the anxiety attack made me feel like I was doomed and was dying, couldn't get control of my breathing. my heart attack was sudtly signs, I didn't feel doomed, but I had back aches, and dizzeness, and pain.

Everyone is different. I felt and thought I had an upper respitory infection, 2011, sweats bad, and my throat felt tight.

Maybe we should be treating the anxiety, and maybe the heart will respond in a positive way too.
